Zelenskyy requests support for Ukraine's air defenses

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has called on nations to provide support, so his country can reinforce its air defense systems. Zelenskyy made the appeal in a social media post on Sunday. 

A delegation of senior Ukrainian officials is scheduled to meet with US special envoy Steve Witkoff in the United States to discuss a peace plan aimed at ending the fighting. Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump are due to take part in the World Economic Forum's annual meeting. The event will begin in Davos, Switzerland, on Monday.
