AI-based English training launched in remote districts

On Tuesday, the launch ceremony of the EF Efekta online English language training project, based on artificial intelligence, was held. The initiative involves more than 10,000 participants, including students in grades 8–12 from general education schools in three remote districts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia vocational education students, English and information technology teachers, as well as civil servants.

EF Efekta, recognized as the world’s largest online English language training project, has used technological innovation to teach English to more than 24 million learners worldwide. This marks the first time the program has been implemented in Mongolia.
