Meeting with Faculties : MOE Union Minister visits Myitkyina University

Union Minister for Education Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein accompanied by concerned officials met with the rectors, pro-rectors, department heads and faculty members of Myitkyina University and Moenyin University on 9th January.

During the meeting, the Union Minister stressed on face-lifting of the universities and acceleration of research-based and library-based teaching/ learning system.

  She also emphasized to host international symposium, emergence of outstanding athletes as well as the proper dressing of students in accordance with traditions and customs. After coordinating necessary matters upon reports presented by the faculty members, the Union Minister made a tour to classrooms, stadium and sports grounds.
