World Hindi Day was celebrated worldwide on January 10th to promote Hindi's global presence in diplomacy, education, and culture, while boosting its teaching in foreign institutions. From the United Nations to the G-20 Summit and the SCO, Indian Prime Minister Modi had communicated in Hindi and other Indian languages, enhancing the self-respect and global stature of Indian languages.
This day signified that Hindi had evolved with time, but remains connected to its traditions. By promoting Hindi internationally, this opportunity supported cultural exchange, linguistic diversity and the preservation of Hindi cultural heritage for future generations.
