Development Works: Gold foil offerings and regional development projects

Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw, together with relevant officials, visited SuTaungPyae Pagoda in Monywa on 10 January and inspected the full-circumference gold foil offering.

The Chief Minister heard reports on the gold foil offering process and coordinated necessary requirements in response. The Chief Minister and party then inspected gold foils donation at SuTaungPyae Pagoda and reviewed the completed gold foil offering sections of YanAung Myin Pagoda within the pagoda premise.

Later, they visited the construction site of the automobile and motorcycle sales center in Phone Soe Ward. They then toured the entrance gate, automobile and motorcycle showrooms, spare parts and accessories shops, restaurants and a roundabout under construction.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister instructed relevant departments to ensure timely completion of the project with good quality standards and maintain workplace safety while coordinating the needs.
