The 95th Farmer Technology Dissemination Seminar was held at the AERDTC Hall of the Agricultural Extension and Rural Development Training School in Zeyar Thiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw, on January 3rd under the theme "Interesting Facts About Artificial Intelligence Technology."

During the seminar, Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, and Irrigation, Dr. Tin Htut, stated that only by conducting research and technology-based agricultural production in the present and future can the agricultural sector be successfully transformed. It is important for the entire farming community to participate in this effort.

In developing technology-based agricultural production, rural youth and the AI sector must be promoted and supported. With farmers' collaboration in any agricultural technology, more effective development can be achieved, and through the advancement of AI technology in agriculture, the national agricultural sector can progress and develop.

Continuing, Dr. Tin Phone Kyaw, Project Director of the National Artificial Intelligence Technology Development Project under the Ministry (4) the President’s Office of, presented and discussed the significance and benefits of technology in relation to the transformative changes brought by AI technology, the transformation of computer technology, the transformation of artificial intelligence technology, human intelligence, computer intelligence, the importance of data in AI, critical digital information and digital platforms in the IT era, and the current implementation of AI for agricultural development by farmers.

The Deputy Minister supplemented the discussion on the presented points and coordinated discussions in response to questions from the attendees.
