2nd Revised Law Promulgated : NDSC Law No (17/2025) promulgated

The National Defense and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar promulgated the second revised Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law (the National Defense and Security Council No (17/2025) on December 31 in accordance with the Section-427 of the Constitution.

The second revised law is comprised of 16 Sections and signed by the Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing under the Section-427 of the Cnstitution.
