Putin tours St Petersburg's Hermitage museum with CIS country leaders

Russian President Vladimir Putin and other leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States took a tour of the Hermitage Museum in Russia.

The leaders explored the exhibition of this world-renowned museum, known for its unique collection of art pieces and cultural monuments. During the visit, they toured the Main Museum Complex halls, which reflect key stages of Russian and European history and artistic heritage.

The delegation leaders visited the Alexander Hall to observe the artistic silver exhibition and also toured the Picket Hall and Heraldry Hall, which are designated for official ceremonies and events.  During the visit, the importance of strengthening cultural dialogue, preserving historical heritage, and fostering humanitarian cooperation among the Commonwealth states was emphasized.
