Sudan's Transitional Sovereignty Council Head visits Egypt

Head of Sudan's Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, and Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, held joint talks Thursday at the Ittihadiya Palace regarding the development and enhancement of bilateral relations and the advancement of cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

The two leaders discussed regional and international issues, particularly the situations in the Nile Basin and the Horn of Africa. They affirmed their countries’ shared perspectives on priorities related to national security, emphasizing the continuation of coordination to safeguard water security and the rejection of unilateral measures in the Blue Nile Basin.
