US President Donald Trump on Tuesday declared that any Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums, or Contracts signed by autopen during the administration of former President Joseph R. Biden Jr. are “null, void, and of no further force or effect.”

In a statement, Trump claimed the use of autopen under Biden was “unauthorized,” and asserted that all affected documents including pardons, commutations, and other legal instruments are now considered terminated. He added that individuals who received such documents “should be advised” that they no longer carry legal effect.
