Mongolian President officially welcomed by Italian President

Mongolian President Khurelsukh paid a state visit to Italy from December 1 to 3, at the invitation of Italian President Sergio Mattarella. The State Visit took place within the framework of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Italy.

The discussions also focused on strengthening cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations, alongside exchanges of views on regional and global affairs. President Mattarella accepted the invitation to pay a state visit to Mongolia and confirmed his intention to return in 2026.
