All schools to be closed in Niger State after mass school kidnapping in Nigeria

Niger state governor Mohammed Umar Bago said that on Saturday, all schools will be closed in the Niger State, after gunmen have kidnapped more than 300 students and teachers in one of the largest mass kidnappings in Nigeria, according to a Christian group. President Bola Tinubu has cancelled international engagements, including attending the G20 summit in Johannesburg, to handle the crisis.
