Zelensky forms delegation for talks with US and Russia

The President of Ukraine Zelensky signed a decree establishing a delegation to participate in negotiations with the United States and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation, with the aim of achieving a fair and lasting peace.

Decree No. 854/2025 came into force after the publication of the relevant document. The delegation’s task is to launch and conduct negotiations aimed at finding a viable path to peace, focused on security and stability in the region.
