





Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, along with State Government members and responsible officials from relevant departments, conducted a field inspection of development projects being carried out in Sittwe in the morning on November 20.
First, the State Chief Minister and officials inspected the renovation of landscapes and the planting of ornamental flowers along the Shu Khin Tha Road in Sittwe. The, they proceeded to the Clock Tower Roundabout in Sittwe. There, he instructed the responsible officials to ensure the proper arrangement of the ground-mounted signboards near the Clock Tower and to carry out cleaning and beautification of the Clock Tower and its surrounding area.
Next, the State Chief Minister and officials visited U Ottama Park in Sittwe. They inspected the ongoing upgrade work on the U Ottama Hall and the improvement work around the U Ottama statue within the park. They also toured the park to inspect the developed landscapes, sports fields, and the construction of a water reservoir. Necessary instructions were given to the responsible officials regarding these projects.
Afterwards, the State Chief Minister and officials toured along the main road in Sittwe to inspect the cleanliness, beautification, and the systematic installation of street light poles, electrical wires, and communication cables. Responsible officials accompanied them, providing explanations and conducting clearances, it is reported.
