EAM Jaishankar calls on Russian President

India's External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar called on Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Tuesday, reaffirming the strength and stability of the India-Russia strategic partnership. Dr. Jaishankar conveyed greetings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and apprised the Russian President of preparations underway for the upcoming Annual India Russia Summit. 

Their discussions covered expanding bilateral trade, sustainable economic cooperation, military-technical collaboration, and major projects like the International North-South Transport Corridor. He also expressed his appreciation on Putin’s perspectives and guidance on further advancement of India-Russia ties.
