Traditional costume parade celebrates Vietnamese culture

The traditional Vietnamese costume parade "Parade of a Hundred Flowers’ lightened the atmosphere in Hanoi’s Old Quarter on Saturday. More than 1,000 people participated in the event.

Young people showcased traditional Vietnamese attire from various dynasties, as well as ceremonial outfits unique to old Hanoi. Their goal was to honour, preserve, and promote the timeless beauty of Vietnamese traditional clothing. The event also highlighted the efforts of Hanoi’s community in reviving a cherished Vietnamese heritage.
