Türkiye Develops TOLGA Close-Range Air Defense System

Türkiye has entered a new phase in its close-range air defense capabilities against emerging drone threats with the successful testing of the TOLGA Close-Range Air Defense System, developed by the Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation.

The indigenously developed platform, which integrates electronic warfare, radar, and weapon systems under a single roof, successfully destroyed all its targets with pinpoint accuracy during comprehensive test firings. Equipped with a Command-and-Control unit, the system can operate in three different modes: manual, semi-autonomous, and fully autonomous.
