According to the Pampanga Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Philippines, close to 2,000 families remain in various evacuation centers across the province, with most of them displaced by rising waters in low-lying and coastal communities.

The weather has turned clear and many towns in the province of Pampanga in Luzon Island remain underwater. More than 70 villages across the province remain submerged, three days after Super Typhoon Fung-wong brought heavy rains and raised tidal sea levels.
