Guardiola celebrates 1000th match with big win over Liverpool

Pep Guardiola celebrated his 1000th match as a manager with Manchester City's 3-0 win over Liverpool in the Premier League.

The boss revealed he said to his players, before the match, not to win the game because league leaders Arsenal lost the day before, but to do it to prove they should be at the top of the table. Liverpool head coach Arne Slot however said it's not the time to judge his side on their recent performances, rather they should be judged after they've played everyone.
