Trump says Ukraine conflict will end in 'not-too-distant future'

US President Donald Trump said the conflict in Ukraine will end “in the not-too-distant future” during a White House meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The leaders discussed European politics, migration policies, and sanctions affecting Hungary. Trump noted Orban’s disagreements with the European Union were mainly on immigration. 

Donald Trump, US President said He had a difference I would say primarily on immigration more than anything else. And I happen to think he was right, because their whole fabric has changed. 

The meeting also addressed Hungary’s EU financial penalties for limiting illegal migration.
