Philippines, Canada sign visiting troops deal

The Philippines signs a visiting forces agreement with Canada. The agreement allows Canadian troops to participate in joint exercises on land as well as at sea, bringing them in line with earlier agreements signed between the Philippines and New Zealand, the US, Australia and Japan.
