ROK President announces 3 outcome documents adopted by APEC member economies

Leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies have adopted three key documents at the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Gyeongju, the Republic of Korea. Briefing the press about the outcomes of the summit, President Lee Jae Myung said the leaders adopted a joint declaration, an initiative on AI, and a collaborative framework for responding to demographic shifts.

Guided by the theme “Building a Sustainable Tomorrow,” this year’s APEC agenda aimed to advance regional connectivity, spur innovation-driven growth, and create a more resilient future for the Asia-Pacific.
