US treasury sec says China trade truce extension is 'Trump's decision'

Officials from the United States and China have set a "very positive framework" ahead of crucial trade talks between their leaders this week, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Sunday. But Bessent stressed that any extension of a trade truce agreed when US President Donald Trump meets Chinese Premier Xi Jinping in South Korea would be "President Trump's decision".
