German, Swiss police bust plot to sell forged artworks

Images of three fake paintings confiscated by police after German and Swiss authorities bust a plot to sell suspected forgeries of works by artists including Pablo Picasso on Friday. The main suspect, a 77-year-old German man, allegedly attempted to sell 20 fake paintings, which were being offered for between 400,000 and 14 million euros, according to police in the German state of Bavaria.
