Maryam Moghaddas Metro Station Opens in Tehran

Tehran inaugurated the Maryam Moghaddas (Virgin Mary) metro station near the Sarkis Cathedral of the Armenians. The station features relief sculptures inspired by stories and symbols from Christianity, including representations of the Holy Spirit, peace, purity, and biblical sites. The designs aim to reflect respect for other religions, particularly Christianity, while enhancing the cultural and artistic environment of the metro station.
