




On World Food Day, October 16, Viet Nam launched “Green Hero” food waste recycling initiative: turning food waste into useful resources to reduce waste and protect public health. The Viet Nam Culinary Association is leading efforts to apply this technology at the source. The goal is to build a connected ecosystem linking restaurants, supermarkets, wholesale markets, and farms, delivering both environmental and economic benefits.
