Incumbent president Ouattara launches campaign ahead of I.Coast election

Incumbent Ivory Coast President AlassaneOuattara officially launched his campaign for the October 25 presidential election during a rally in Daloa, a central city in the country. The launch marks his bid for a fourth term in office. During the event, Ouattara announced a new water supply project aimed at serving the city and 46 surrounding localities.

Supporters attended the rally to back Ouattara, who has been in power since 2011 and is seeking to extend his tenure in the upcoming election.
