Weapons and air defense systems are being exhibited in Ankara

The Turkish Armed Forces launched a major military exercise on Saturday. Ahead of the drill, stands showcasing domestically produced and nationally developed weapon systems were opened to visitors.

At the General Nahit Şenoğul Firing and Exercise Area in Ankara, military communication vehicles, newly commissioned weapons, and air defense systems are being exhibited. The exhibition, which also features the participation of numerous defense companies, includes components of the Steel Dome project.

Multi-purpose systems such as the Barkan 2 unmanned ground vehicle, STM VTOL tactical UAVs, KARGU drones, and robotic ammunition carriers were introduced. Of the 82 systems displayed in the exercise, 50 demonstrated live.
