


The Czech Republic's largest opposition party has won the country's parliamentary election. The voting in the election ended on Saturday. The Czech government said the ANO party, the opposition led by former Prime Minister Andrej Babis, won more votes than the center-right ruling coalition led by Prime Minister Petr Fiala.
ANO is likely to gain the most seats in parliament. Babis declared victory in the Czech capital Prague, delivering a speech in which he said he is happy that his party has achieved a historic result.
