Italian Prime Minister Meloni meets German Chancellor Merz in Copenhagen

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni met German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Copenhagen, Denmark on the sidelines of a European Political Community meeting. According to a statement, the leaders discussed recent developments in the Middle East, as well as European competitiveness, particularly in the automotive sector, ahead of the European Council on climate issues scheduled for 23 and 24 October.
