Typhoon Bualoi grounds flights across central Viet Nam

Due to the impact of Typhoon Bualoi, the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam has suspended flight operations at several airports in the central region and directed relevant units to take proactive safety measures. Five airports will temporarily close from midday on September 28.Many flights have already been delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled for earlier departure.

Flight schedules for the coming days will be adjusted based on actual weather conditions. To ensure flight safety, protect people and property at airports, and minimise operational disruptions, the Civil Aviation Authority has ordered 24/7 on-duty shifts and strict implementation of storm response procedures throughout the aviation sector.
