Czech artists celebrate 20 years of comforting children with puppets in hospitals

For the past two decades, the Czech association *Puppets in the Hospital* has been bringing smiles, laughter, and moments of relief to children undergoing treatment in hospitals. The group is made up of artists, puppeteers, actors and musicians who regularly visit children’s wards to perform puppet shows and sing songs, all with the aim of making hospital stays a little more bearable for young patients.

The ensemble marked its 20th anniversary at the *Minor* children’s theatre in Prague, where it hosted a special celebration featuring puppet performances, concerts and creative workshops for young visitors.
