Trump signs executive order on TikTok deal

US President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Thursday to approve the transfer of TikTok's US operations to a US-based joint venture. The executive order said that under this framework agreement, "It will be majority-owned and controlled by United States persons and will no longer be controlled by any foreign adversary."
