Thailand’s new Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, was formally sworn in before His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen on Wednesday evening at Amporn Sathan Residential Hall, Dusit Palace. His Majesty the King granted an audience to the Prime Minister and the 35 newly appointed ministers, delivering an address to guide them in performing their duties.

Anutin said the Cabinet was profoundly honored and would dedicate their utmost ability, their lives, and their intellect to repay the royal grace. It’s reported that the government immediately held a special Cabinet meeting to finalize its policy statement for Parliament, which the Prime Minister expects to deliver early next week.
