Storm in Black Sea

Cargo ships engaged in international trade anchored in the natural harbor south of Sinop, Turkiye as a storm warning was issued for the Black Sea. According to meteorological data, winds are expected to reach up to 75 kilometers per hour.

Ahead of the severe weather, many vessels sought refuge in the İçliman area, located south of the city. Fishermen also refrained from setting out to sea, remaining in ports and shelters instead. The Sinop Governor’s Office urged citizens to remain cautious against possible adverse effects of the storm.
