India, US space partnership

India and the US marked the start of a new era in their space partnership at an event titled “India-USA Space Collaboration: The Frontiers of a Futuristic Partnership” hosted by the Embassy of India in Washington DC. Celebrating recent milestones, including the joint NASA–ISRO NISAR satellite and the Axiom Mission-4, the officials emphasized on how decades of collaboration are now setting the stage for exciting missions to the Moon and Mars.

NASA astronauts were joined by India’s Astronaut for a panel discussion. The Ambassador of India to the United States described the partnership as a dynamic platform for advancing scientific exploration, technology development and commercial cooperation.
