Trump arrives at London's Winfield House for second UK state visit

ON Tuesday, US President Donald Trump arrived at Winfield House, the official residence of the US ambassador to the United Kingdom in London, ahead of his UK state visit hosted by King Charles III.

Landing at Stansted airport, President Trump received an official welcome from a line-up on the runway including Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper. Trump is the first US president to be invited for two state visits, after previously being hosted by Queen Elizabeth II during his last term in office in 2019.
