Nepal’s new PM arrives to chair first meeting with government officials

Nepal’s interim Prime Minister, Sushila Karki, chaired her first meeting with government officials after being appointed on Friday. The 73-year-old former chief justice was greeted with a flower bouquet by supporters outside the Prime Minister’s office. She replaces her predecessor, who stepped down following anti-corruption protests.
