A large fire erupted at a logistics company warehouse in the Başiskele district in Turkiye on September 12. The warehouse contained chemical substances, which fueled the flames and caused the fire to spread rapidly over a wide area. Flames and thick smoke could be seen from various parts of the city.

Numerous firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene, with additional reinforcements sent from surrounding districts. Despite quick intervention, crews faced difficulty battling the intense blaze. Security measures were tightened in the area.
