UN Secretary-General arrived in Turkmenistan to discuss global issues

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has arrived Monday in Turkmenistan to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. Forum participants will discuss ways to enhance the economic potential of landlocked countries, develop transport corridors, expand international cooperation, and implement the Sustainable Development Goals. 

The signing of agreements and the launch of joint projects in the transport and logistics sector are expected. The conference aims to stimulate trade and economic ties, improve access for developing countries to world markets, and promote their integration into the global economy.
