Work Coordination Meeting: MEVM Supervisory Committee meeting held in Yangon

A work coordination meeting of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machines (MEVM) Supervisory Committee was held on July 16 in Yangon.

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein attended the meeting and called for cooperation to ensure smooth and error-free elections, formation of remaining district and township MEVM teams, and proper implementation of MEVM training. He also stressed the need for secure handling and transportation of the machines. Officials discussed the current progress, team formation, and technical support.
