Receiving Russian delegation: SAC member received Fund RC-Investment delegation

Member of the State Administration Council, Deputy Prime Minister, and Union Minister for Transport and Communications, General Mya Tun Oo, received a delegation led by Mr. Alexander Sergeevich Shatirov, Director of the Roscongress Investment Fund (Fund RC-Investments) of the Russian Federation, at the Office No. 5 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications on July 14.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views and discussed matters concerning the expansion of a new trade route connecting Mumbai Port in India to Yangon Port by the Russian Federation, the construction of solar power plants in collaboration with the Roscongress Investment Fund, the import of high-quality natural fertilizers, promoting electronic commerce, sharing earthquake-resistant construction technologies, and future cooperation.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister, along with Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw, Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun, Union Minister for Commerce U Tun Ohn, Union Minister for Construction U Myo Thant, the Deputy Minister for Transport and Communications, departmental heads and senior officials from relevant sectors.
