India’s Prime Minister embarks on 5-nation visit

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on a crucial eight-day, five-nation visit from July 2nd to 9th. He will travel to Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil, and Namibia. Modi said he is confident that visits to the five countries will reinforce bonds friendship across the Global South, strengthen partnerships on both sides of the Atlantic, and deepen engagements in the multilateral platforms such as BRICS, the African Union, ECOWAS and the CARICOM.
