India’s External Affairs Minister inaugurates exhibition in New York

India’s External Affairs Minister inaugurated an exhibition on ‘The Human Cost of Terrorism’ at the UN Headquarters in New York on Tuesday. Speaking at the inauguration, Dr. Jaishankar appreciated UN Security Council’s strong condemnation of the Pahalgam terror attack, and the need to hold its perpetrators accountable.

Addressing diplomats, senior UN officials and envoys gathered at the venue, Dr. Jaishankar called on the international community to stand united against terrorism. He thus stressed the need to call out state-backed terrorism and extremism openly. He also underlined the shared and urgent responsibility of the global community to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
