Rotterdam's new museum Fenix opens

Rotterdam's new museum, Fenix, opened its doors to the public, one day after a festive inauguration with Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. Located in a historical warehouse facing what used to be one of the main emigration piers in Europe, Fenix aims through its contemporary art collection and bold architecture to celebrate migration and how it has become a major part of the Dutch port city's identity.
