The Vatican confirmed Monday that all 133 cardinal electors have arrived in Rome for the papal conclave set to begin in two days.

As part of the preparations, both clergy and lay officials involved in the process took an oath of secrecy in the Pauline Chapel of the Apostolic Palace. The conclave will elect the new pope to lead the world’s 1.4 billion Catholics following Pope Francis’s demise.
