Prince Harry says he 'cannot escape being a royal' after losing court appeal

Prince Harry has lost a legal decision where he challenged the amount of security he and his family should be given while in the UK. Speaking from California after losing the appeal, The Duke of Sussex said he was “pretty gutted about the decision” and “for the time being, it’s impossible for me to take my family back to the UK safely.”

Prince Harry said that following the legal process he had ‘uncovered his worst fears’, but had not asked his father King Charles “to intervene”. Following the interview, Buckingham Palace released this statement: “All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion.”
