Piyush Goyal wraps up landmark Norway visit

Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal concluded his historic visit to Norway the first in over 25 years. His visit focused on deepening economic and commercial ties between India and Norway. 

During a panel discussion with top Norwegian investors, he explored the vast investment potential in India’s capital markets and highlighted the strategic role of GIFT City as a new-age financial hub in the global economic landscape. He emphasized how GIFT City can serve as a key gateway for global investors amidst shifting market dynamics. 

The minister expressed optimism that these engagements would pave the way for a stronger, future-ready economic partnership between India and Norway.
