Crowds are flocking to see wisteria in full bloom at Kameido Tenjin Shrine in Tokyo, and other locations across Japan.

The shrine is particularly known for its vibrant purple wisteria blooms, with many visitors captivated by the scene, including tourists and locals. These wisteria flowers are a popular attraction during the spring season, often drawing large crowds, and are part of the hanami (flower viewing) tradition.

This park also hosts a wisteria festival, featuring 12 different varieties of wisteria and around 115 wisteria trees.
