Russian army says Kursk 'fully liberated'

Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov said the last settlement in the Kursk region, the village of Gornal, has been liberated.

The Chief of the General Staff said during a video conference meeting with President Putin who expressed thanked to the soldiers for the service, saying that Kursk's liberation will create the conditions for further advances at other parts of the front.
